Quailty product, had issues with Royal Mail delivery, poor service from them but was hoping for a better customer service from the vendor. It came across that because Royal Mail had indicated they had delivered the item, the vendor wasn’t interested whether it was or not, they had got their money. I work in the customer service field and if one of my staff treated a customer with that attitude I would be retraining them. I had another delivery from a different Etsy vendor on the same day with the same delivery problem but they went out of their way to rectify the issue.
